Overview
The DJI Zenmuse P1 is a full-frame photogrammetry camera designed for the DJI Matrice 350 RTK (and previously M300 RTK), delivering the highest resolution aerial imaging in DJI's enterprise payload lineup. With a 45 MP full-frame CMOS sensor and mechanical shutter capable of capturing images at intervals as short as 0.7 seconds, the P1 is purpose-built for high-precision photogrammetric mapping, topographic surveys, and large-scale 3D reconstruction.
The P1 supports three interchangeable DJI DL-mount lenses — 24 mm, 35 mm, and 50 mm — giving surveyors flexibility to optimise ground sample distance and coverage area for each project. At 100 m altitude with the 35 mm lens, the P1 achieves a ground sample distance (GSD) of approximately 2.0 cm/pixel, enabling detailed mapping of construction sites, quarries, mining operations, and urban environments.
When combined with the M350 RTK's centimetre-level RTK positioning, the P1 achieves absolute accuracy of 3 cm horizontal and 5 cm vertical without ground control points — dramatically reducing survey time and cost. It integrates with DJI's Smart Oblique Capture mode for efficient 3D city modelling, and post-processing is handled in DJI Terra for orthomosaics, DSMs, 3D mesh models, and point clouds.
